Inspired by 1920s and 1930s naval lighting, its circular form features a ribbed glass shade and protective metal cage, echoing the robust fittings traditionally found aboard ships.

Made from solid raw brass, the fitting is naturally suited to demanding outdoor environments and is particularly well suited to coastal homes. With an IP65 rating, the Devonport provides a high level of protection against dust and water, making it a durable choice for exposed exterior walls, entrances, garages and garden buildings.

The untreated brass will naturally dull and darken over time, developing an individual patina that may eventually include verdigris. This evolving finish is an integral part of its character, or the brass can be polished to retain a brighter appearance.
