Phoenix House sits in an enviable position overlooking Kingswear in Dartmouth. The Phoenix House boasted an open plan living space with a variety of ceiling heights. The challenge, therefor, was to create a consistent and high quality feel whilst reflecting the challenges of rooms with totally different looks and feels.
Special consideration was also given to the exposed location and the desire to reduce unnecessary light pollution.
Simple pendant lights were installed over both the kitchen island and dining table for entertaining, whilst at the same time, not obscuring the stunning river views.
